MY LIGHT BULB MOMENT
I had a guest in my section about 7-8 years ago, that had purchased 1996 Ch Montelena and left a glass for me. At that point, I didn't really know that wine will get better with age. I had always thought of it like produce, drink it before it goes bad. Now, I purposely seek out back vintages! WHAT I'M DRINKING NOW
