MY LIGHT BULB MOMENT
20 years of bartending and waiting tables, I was always able to select a couple of wines from the list and rep those hard. Fast forward a few years, I am hosting a wine dinner for 100 people, and my wine expert comes down sick- Suddenly I am the one stepping up to the podium and I DON'T KNOW ENOUGH! I decided to get serious and learn- six months later I earned my certified and I haven't looked back since!
