One day, I stumbled, by chance, upon a door of an ancient Venetian house on the Island of Crete. It opened onto a derelict building, that building would open up onto a new and unexpected life in wine and wine tourism. That building would become a luxury, boutique hotel dedicated to wine and wine tourism across the region.
To me, it is more than a business. After a 30-year career as an engineer in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, it has added an exciting, invigorating and passionate dimension to my life, a dimension I hope others will be able to share and enjoy.
