The Seedling Soirée is a celebration of the new and future growth of our garden and nutrition education center. This special culinary feast in the Garden features local chefs, vintners, and brewers with a unique menu showcasing the best of San Diego County's organic and sustainably produced produce, fish, meats, and confections.
Gastrovino: Our IV edition of Gastrovino will be full of surprises, music, fabulous events such as pairing dinner at Hotel California, Gastronomical Tour around historic downtown Todos Santos, blind tasting and of course the main event at the Plaza downtown. All benefits of these silent auction will be for Hogar del Nino and DIF Todos Santos.

MY LIGHT BULB MOMENT
Growing up in Valle de Guadalupe, I was exposed to grape growing since a young age. My first experience with wine was sharing the table with winemakers/winery owners who educated me in how to appreciate the attributes of the wines and the importance of the terroir. Share
Born in Sinaloa and raised along the USA-Mexico border, I earned an engineering degree from the prestigious Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Global MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona. I launched my first business management consulting firm in 2003 at the age of 26. Soon after, I became a leading business management consultant for the Oil & Gas industry in which he focused on processes, marketing and strategic planning – an experience which afforded me the opportunity to travel all around the world.
Today, I am applying my skills toward promoting the Tijuana-San Diego mega region. My passion for food, wine and art led me to found Baja Wine + Food, the leading travel, event, and lifestyle management agency in the San Diego-Northern Baja region. The company specializes in providing extraordinary cross-border experiences to corporate and private clients worldwide. Additionally, I am partnered with Truly Fine Wine to import and distribute a premier portfolio of Baja wines from the most prestigious wineries in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, México. As part of my ongoing strategy to promote Baja culture in the US, I also work with the most acclaimed regional chefs and artists to create a cross-border culinary movement.
