The first time I cried during a tasting. After years of tasting, I found in my cellar a vintage of white Trebbiano made by my family winery. Imagine tasting a Valentini. I remember that year because it was our last vintage, my grandfather was getting old and I was living abroad. So many things that year. Tasting that wine years later gave me a mindful, four dimensional experience of that year in a split second and... tears. From there, my mission is to teach people how to catch that experience.
