 After i graduated at The Faculty of Agricultural Science and Food in Skopje, i started to travel and explore cultures and there cuisine. In 2006 i start to work in marketing department where after 6 months the company give to me the managing of their new investment The LOZAR winery witch was been second  biggest winery in Macedonia.
Next adventure Athens Greece where i menage one great restaurant. But after the economic crises i left and start to work in Celebrity Cruises like sommelier where i learn a lot and where my wine cellar is full with 1600 labels!!!!!
Next plan is moving in Las Vegas so who needs a sommelier? :)
