A native of Romania, Harry Constantinescu has been immersed in winemaking since working on his family's vineyard as a child. He brings a lifetime of experience, a world of knowledge and an underlying fervor for wine to our company. His impressive resume includes some of Atlanta's most renowned restaurants including the lavish St Regis Hotel where he served as a Wine Director managing a multimillion dollar wine selection. Certified by The American Chapter of The Court of Master Sommeliers, a Certified Specialist of Wine and a professional level member of the Society of Wine Educators in Washington D.C., Constantinescu was awarded the esteemed title of "Atlanta's Top Sommelier" in 2010 by the City of Atlanta and sponsors of the Atlanta Winter Wine & Jazz Festival.

Three times winner of Wine Spectator Best Award of Excellence, Harry offered public speaking and seminars for organizations as Buckhead Lions Club, City of Atlanta Food and Wine Month etc. He is often featured/interviewed in: CBS, CNN, Wine Industry Magazine (Europe), Atlanta Journal Constitution, Atlanta Business Chronicle, The Atlantan, Wine Spectator Magazine, Bespoke Magazine, Tuxedo Road Magazine, Jezebel, Time Magazine, etc.

International Awards

In November 2011, Harry Constantinescu was inducted as a Knight of The Order of The Golden Saber in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in a private ceremony attended by over 400 people that took place at Grange St. Paul Hotel in London. He also received one of the 28 Master Sabreur titles in the world and the only one to be given to an American at that time by this organization for his work on promoting the noble Art of Sabrage.
