MY LIGHT BULB MOMENT
I can still savor the experience of that glass of ZD Abacus. The finish still lingers on my palate many years later. This amazing wine helped me form a frame of reference to what wine could be. Followed a couple weeks later by my first expertly paired wine dinner, featuring a sister restaurant's cuisine and Chalk Hill wines, an entirely new world had been revealed.
