I was born in Burgundy, France. A serious passion for wine became obvious at my very early age. In 1987, I experienced my first harvest at Domaine Ramonet in Chassagne Montrachet and, entered Lycée Simone Weill in Dijon where I studied and completed 5 years to become Certified Advanced Sommelier.

MY LIGHT BULB MOMENT
One of my best professional memory is at Domaine De La Romanée Conti with Aubert de Vilaine (Owner), Bernard Noblet (Winemaker), Fabienne & Hubert, my Sommelier colleagues and Mr & Mme Lameloise, owner of the 3 Michelin Star Restaurant in the heart of the vineyards of Burgundy where I was working at the time.
