MY LIGHT BULB MOMENT
I started as a cook in a very important motor vessel so I had the opportunity to travel around the world. When I was there I saw the marvelous world of food and wine so I came back home to study as a Sommelier and I got 100 percent involved in this wondeful world, this is why I love this.

Raul Rendon, Cook at a very important motor vessel for year and a half where i learned to use international cuisine tecniques and food paring with wine, Came back home to start at Tequila Don Ramon as intern in a exclusive Catering company directly ehancing sales and pairings for customers, coordinating the wine service for each event did is for a year, Become a Sommelier in City Market, Gourmet Supermarket, for a long of two years managing all the admnisitration of the cava with mor than 3700 labels between destilated drinks, beer and wine. Finally i get into Cepas Antiguas where i started to manage all the sellings of very important Wine Companies of United States in Restuarants in Mexico City.
