6 years ago I was planning to study vinification and viticulture, but I failed in chemistry exam. However nothing could stop my passion about wines, I've changed my major to hospitality.

2013 Classic cocktail, NZ national cocktail competition
Richard started his career as a bartender in the restaurant. There is a wine cellar with plenty of "unknown" wine due to management change. He decided to tidy it up and the passion about wine motivated him to find out the story behind each bottle. So he decided to be a sommelier.
