MY LIGHT BULB MOMENT
As long as i can remember i have been intrigued by the magic of food and wine. It all started when i was 15 working as a prep cook at a farm house where classical musicians were trained to play their instruments. Every night they all had dinner together and occasionally i was asked to stay and eat with them. They always had wine and would talk about how the wine paired with the food or did not. I knew then i needed to know more. That was the first time i saw wine in such a capacity.
