MY LIGHT BULB MOMENT
I was working as a waiter at the Chart House in Los Gatos, Ca. where I tried a Bonny Doon 'Le Cigar Volant.' For the first time I picked out an aroma - smoke! From that moment I was hooked on the intellectual and sensory enjoyment of wine.
