I can't think other than learning more about wine, its a long way to go but its worth for sharing with customers and wine lovers.
MY LIGHT BULB MOMENT
I did a private dinner with my culinary professor for a family in my hometown, the owner of the house brought a 1987 Pouilly-Fuissé, my professor asked me for my year of birth (1988), and told me after: "You´re going to try a wine older than you¨. I did and I ´ve never had such an opening experience.
Recently moved to front of the house after a couple of years working in the kitchen in Voiron, Edmonton, New Orleans, Dubai and Aspen. I work now as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at the Trump International Beach Resort and I just completed the first step of this journey at the Florida Wine Academy where I´ve completed the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines and the Level 1 and the Introductory Sake Professional by the Sake Sommelier Association.
