Stefano Tripi, working as a public manager, in his free time likes to deepen his knowledge and passion for food and wine. He started attending the AIS (Italian Sommelier Association) courses in 2016, completing the three levels in 2018 and obtaining the full Non-Professional qualified Sommelier Certificate; he also attended both levels of the ANAG Grappa & Brandy spirits tasting course in 2022, obtaining the Taster Certificate in 2023.
He attended the first level of the UnionBirrai Beer Tasting Course in 2022.
He is enlisted in the AIS Delegation of Modena, the ANAG Delegation of Emilia-Romagna, and UnionBirrai.
He is interested in enotourism promotion, food & beverage writing and education, institutional visits and partnerships.
